Here is a link to a Google Doc on my Drive for a Comprehension Strategies as set out in ELP - Effective Literacy Practice / New Zealand Curriculum resource that was developed by the University of Otago College of Education.
It gives ideas for Learning Intentions, Success Criteria and questions either the teacher or the students can ask to help develop an understanding of the Comprehension Strategies and gain a deeper meaning from texts read.
