New Literature Circle Books

Hi everyone
Today you'll spend a bit of time reading your new Literature Circle books.  Think about the following questions and then add your thoughts as a group.

Remember to add your names to your comments and include the title of the book your group is reading.  Don't forget to think about what your audience needs to know - what you need to include in your comments - so that they understand what you mean.  Please also keep an eye on those surface features - all part of reader courtesy.

• What made you choose your book?  As good readers, what made you decide that this was the book you were going to read?

• Summarise what you've read so far.

• Predict what may happen in the book over the next few chapters.

This Week's Discussion

Hi everyone. This week I would love as many ideas as you can give me about authors you would like to see featured on here, reviews of books, websites, etc. I would love some volunteers to write for the blog - you could write about your favourite author, a favourite book - book review, or any other things you would like to. Family members are very welcome to contribute also.

Hi everyone. I'm having a great time reading about your favourite books. I've sorted out the comment issues and will always post a reply to any comments you have made, so don't forget to check back and respond. :-)

It's also fantastic to see that we are getting more and more followers on this blog! Very exciting. Can we get to 100 before the end of the term????

These will be authors' websites, where you might be able to 'talk to an author', book websites that recommend books for you, games, discussions and many more.
